Stanley Joseph, the founder and CEO of Goa Security Bureau, did not know what was to follow. He began the journey of Goa Security Bureau with a humble thought, pure dedication and a team of just fifteen employees; with a mission to provide employment to the unskilled, skilled local youth and migrant workers, ensuring their welfare and an aim to provide holistic experience of integrated security and facility management. Since then Goa Security Bureau has grown in leaps.
We are now a family of over 1500 employees and topnotch companies in all sectors of society and industry are our clients. Completing 25 years, Goa Security Bureau has evolved and gradually branched out into various subsidiaries dealing with outsourcing services, human resources and vocational training under our new venture ESJAY Enterprises.
Stanley is an active member of Security Association of Goa (SAG), Security Association of India and International Institute of Safety and Security Management (IISSM) and many NGO's. We have our own residential colony "GSB Residency" at Consua, exclusively for employees across cadre. With an accommodation capacity for over 300 employees and amenities like running track, gym, training center as well as transportation facility to the unit.
